The State Coordinator is a leadership position responsible for end\-to\-end program delivery of the CanKids\u2019 National

Outreach Program within the assigned state. The role entails oversight of government partnerships, hospital
<\/div>
<\/div>
engagements, program implementation, team management, budgeting, and reporting, under the broader Change for
<\/div>
<\/div>
Childhood Cancer (CCC) framework. The incumbent will ensure effective delivery of signed MoUs, compliance with
<\/div>
<\/div>
program targets, and continuous service expansion for children with cancer and their families.

Key Responsibilities<\/b>
<\/div>
<\/div>
1. Program Implementation & Oversight<\/i><\/b>
<\/div>
<\/div>
- Lead planning, execution, and monitoring of all state\-level NOP activities.
<\/span><\/li>- Implement the annual operational plan and budget in alignment with national program goals.
<\/span><\/li>- Ensure timely and effective delivery on objectives outlined in partner MoUs.
<\/span><\/li><\/ul>2. Stakeholder Management & Liaison<\/i><\/b>
<\/div>- Serve as the nodal point for government liaison, securing necessary approvals and facilitating collaboration with state departments and hospitals.
<\/span><\/li>- Represent CanKids at state forums, consortiums, and official meetings.
<\/span><\/li><\/ul>3. Team Leadership & Capacity Building<\/i><\/b>
<\/div>- Supervise and support project managers, social workers, and support staff.
<\/span><\/li>- Organize training programs, performance reviews, and developmental initiatives for team members.
<\/span><\/li><\/ul>4. Monitoring, Reporting & Evaluation<\/i><\/b>
<\/div>- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in maintaining program MIS dashboards using Salesforce or similar platforms.
<\/span><\/li>- Coordinate research and evaluation studies and facilitate impact assessments in collaboration with the HQ RMEL team.
<\/span><\/li>- Submit timely narrative and financial reports to the management.
<\/span><\/li><\/ul>5. Resource Mobilization & Partnerships<\/i><\/b>
<\/div>- Facilitate local donor engagement, CSR partnerships, and grant opportunities.
<\/span><\/li>- Engage with communities and corporate partners for fundraising and volunteering initiatives.
<\/span><\/li><\/ul>6. Quality Control & Operational Support<\/i><\/b>
<\/div>- Monitor service delivery standards at CHSUs and HAH facilities.
<\/span><\/li>- Oversee daily operations including patient support, travel, treatment logistics, and welfare services.
<\/span><\/li><\/ul>Key Deliverables:<\/b>
<\/div>- Effective program delivery across assigned state in line with CCC framework
<\/span><\/li>- Fully functional CHSU and HAH units with quality services
<\/span><\/li>- Strengthened partnerships with government and healthcare institutions
<\/span><\/li>- Regular capacity building for team and stakeholders
<\/span><\/li>- Robust MIS and reporting structure
<\/span><\/li>- Enhanced visibility, engagement, and resource mobilization at the state level

<\/div><\/span>Requirements<\/h3>
Required Qualifications and Skills:<\/b>
<\/div>- Education: MBA/MHA or Master\u2019s degree in Public Health, Social Work, or related field
<\/span><\/li>- Experience: 8\u201312 years in program management, preferably in the health or development sector<\/span>
<\/li><\/ul>Skills & Competencies:<\/b>
<\/span><\/div>- Strong leadership and coordination skills
<\/span><\/li>- Proven experience in stakeholder engagement and government relations
<\/span><\/li>- Proficiency in project planning, budget management, and implementation
<\/span><\/li>- Excellent communication and networking abilities
<\/span><\/li>- Familiarity with MIS systems like Salesforce
<\/span><\/li>- Fluency in English and Hindi (regional language proficiency desirable)
<\/span><\/li><\/ul>
