As State Lead \u2013 System Adoption, you will lead the design, execution, and scale\-up of large\-scale projects in collaboration with government education systems. You will translate vision into actionable plans, coordinate stakeholders, manage resources, and ensure the adoption of Medha\u2019s programs into state and institutional frameworks.<\/span>

This role is at the intersection of policy implementation, program delivery, and relationship management\u2014ensuring that strategic MoUs translate into measurable outcomes.<\/span>

Strategic Planning, Execution & Monitoring<\/span>
<\/p>

• Translate vision and objectives into clear execution roadmaps with measurable milestones.

• Develop strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing program visibility and raising awareness.

• Oversee timely delivery of project goals, track progress, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
  <\/span><\/li>
• Troubleshoot bottlenecks, manage interdependencies, and ensure alignment across teams.

  Government & Stakeholder Relationship Management<\/span>
  <\/p>

  • Build and nurture trust\-based relationships with senior government officials, institutional heads, and partner organizations.

  • Represent Medha in high\-level meetings, steering committees, and review forums.
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Align evaluation strategy with program design, government priorities, and donor needs.

    Strategic Decision\-Making & Risk Management<\/span>

    • Use data\-driven insights to guide course corrections and process improvements.

    • Anticipate risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with partner and donor requirements.
