💰 Salary Package:
• Basic Salary $2900
• Allowance $200
• Commission up to $400
• Gross Salary up to $3,500/month
📍 Multiple Locations Available
✨ Job Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow
• Lead and motivate retail staff to achieve sales targets and service standards
• Ensure excellent customer service and pleasant shopping experience
• Manage staff scheduling, inventory control, and stock replenishment
• Maintain store cleanliness, merchandising, and product displays
• Handle cashiering, opening/closing duties, and daily sales reports
• Train and coach team members on product knowledge and customer service
✅ Requirements:
• Prior experience in retail management or supervisory role preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Customer-oriented with positive attitude
• Responsible and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working retail shifts, weekends & public holidays
