The School Transformation Program fosters holistic development in underprivileged students at low\-income schools, empowering them with essential skills through hands\-on, experiential learning that promotes creativity, innovation, and personal growth.

Role and Responsibilities:<\/b>
<\/div>

  • Deliver the STEM program at the schools identified by Bhumi and work parallely on capacity building of the teachers in the STEM education curriculum<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Will be handling 4\-5 schools in the given location. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Collaborate with the school management team and the teachers in collecting program\-specific data for MIS<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Working with the teachers in the school to plan and prepare timetables for classes to achieve program objectives and complete the planned sessions on time<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Adopting a data\-driven attitude towards measuring learner progress.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    Educational Qualification/Experience:<\/b><\/span>
    <\/div>
    • Graduation / Post\-Graduation with B Ed \- Preferably 1\-2 years of experience in a relevant STEM field <\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Should be a quick learner to understand and execute the structured program<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Coordination skills to work with the school management, administration, teachers, students and the vendor<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Good teaching skills to coach and guide students on the program activities<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Candidates should be enthusiastic about experimenting with electronic devices.<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Experience in reporting, teacher training, monitoring and evaluation\\<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Ability to mentor students to achieve academic goals towards career development<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Good English speaking & writing skills<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/li><\/ul>
      Knowledge & Skill sets required:<\/b><\/span>

      • Strong interpersonal, communication and supervision Skills<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Good orientation of MS Office <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

        • Good understanding of the pedagogical aspects involved in teaching children. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

        • Good people engagement, networking, and listening skills<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
          <\/p><\/li>

        • Ability to drive outcome\-oriented plans through the team\u2019s collective effort<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

          • Remuneration: 3,20,000 p.a\- 4,20,000, based on the candidate's skill and experience<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
