Level I: Estimated hourly base pay: $19.00 - $20.00
Level II: Estimated hourly base pay: $21.00 - $22.00

Level I:
Key Responsibilities:
Order Fulfillment: Picks material from racks, trays and shelves, and prepares them for assembly, sub-assembly, spare part orders or other subsequent processes.
Inventory Management: Maintain and update accurate records of stock levels, monitoring for discrepancies and reporting them as necessary. Daily inventory counts to maintain cycle counts.
Continuous Improvement: Identifies quality/process improvements. Knowledge of tools to support continuous improvement
Receiving Shipments: Unload and inspect incoming stock to ensure all items are accurate and undamaged upon arrival.
Stock Replenishment: Restock shelves and displays promptly to maintain product availability and ensure the production is well supplied.
Maintain Inventory Integrity and Traceability: Attach identifying tags or labels to stock or mark information on containers.
Data Reporting: Maintain detailed records of stock movements and generate reports to track inventory trends, performance metrics, and inform decision making processes

Level II:

Order Fulfillment: Process and fulfill customer orders efficiently by picking, packing, and preparing merchandise for shipment in a timely manner.
Inventory Management: Maintain and update accurate records of stock levels and adjusts as needed. Counts inventory for cycle counting purposes, open/closes cycle count batches and trouble shoots discrepancies.
Continuous Improvement: Identifies quality/process improvements. Knowledge of tools to support continuous improvement.
Stock Replenishment: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers or internal departments to replenish stock as needed, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
Data Reporting: Maintain detailed records of stock movements and generate reports to track inventory trends, performance metrics, and inform decision making processes.

Additional Requirements:
Moderate physical activity requires agility and dexterity, including walking, standing, or bending; and lifting or moving objects. Work is performed in an area with moderate risk or discomfort that may require special safety precautions, such as wearing protective clothing or gear. May be required to pass Near Vision and/or Color Vision examinations.
Successful Candidates Typically Have:
Experience in stockroom inventory and management.
Proficiency with computers, including data entry.
Comfortable working with numbers and performing cycle counts.
Strong attention to detail with a proven track record of accuracy.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with teams and customers at all levels.
