Store Assistant (Data Entry) / Contract

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Store Assistant to support daily warehouse and logistics operations through accurate and timely data entry. This role is critical in ensuring data integrity, smooth store processes, and proper documentation management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform high-volume data entry for store transactions, including:
  1. Goods Receipt Notes (GRN)
  2. WRV transactions
  3. MTV (stock transfers and location updates)
  • Maintain and update daily system records (e.g. GRN logs, supplier data)
  • Verify data against supporting documents to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Organize and maintain both physical and electronic filing systems
  • Monitor and respond to emails related to store operations and data updates
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies or missing information
  • Handle document processing tasks such as sorting, stamping, and distribution
  • Provide general administrative and operational support (e.g. courier handling, stationery tracking, backup support)


Job Requirements:

  • Minimum secondary education or equivalent
  • Computer skills with data entry accuracy and speed
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP or inventory systems is a plus
  • Prior experience in data entry, warehouse, or store administration is a plus
  • Comfortable performing repetitive tasks with a high level of attention to detail

Additional Information:

  • Working Location: Pioneer
  • Company transport available
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7.42am - 5pm
  • Contract Duration: 6 months
