What You’ll Do

• 📞Customer Care: Manage reservations and enquiries via telephone and WhatsApp with professionalism and warmth.
• 💼 Sales: Promote packages, memberships, and retail products to meet sales goals.
• 💳 Cashier Duties: Handle payments, daily reconciliation, and ensure accuracy in transactions.
• 🛋️ Shop Upkeep: Maintain a clean, relaxing, and well-stocked environment for clients and staff.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Experience in retail, hospitality, or wellness is an advantage.
• Organized, reliable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Positive attitude with a knack for problem-solving.

· Familiar with using a laptop or PC in Windows environment

· Speaks conversational English and Chinese
