STORE MANAGER
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth business and workshop support.
- Manage stock levels, inventory accuracy, and timely replenishment of parts and consumables.
- Conduct stock counts and investigate inventory discrepancies.
- Coordinate procurement activities and liaise with suppliers on purchases and deliveries.
- Ensure proper receiving, storage, issuance, and control of inventory.
- Lead and supervise store personnel, including task allocation and performance monitoring.
- Work closely with workshop and operations teams to ensure parts availability and minimize downtime.
- Prepare inventory-related reports and recommend improvements to inventory management processes.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in inventory, store, warehouse, or procurement operations within the motorcycle industry.
- Experience in a supervisory or leadership role is preferred.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
