STORE MANAGER

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth business and workshop support.
  • Manage stock levels, inventory accuracy, and timely replenishment of parts and consumables.
  • Conduct stock counts and investigate inventory discrepancies.
  • Coordinate procurement activities and liaise with suppliers on purchases and deliveries.
  • Ensure proper receiving, storage, issuance, and control of inventory.
  • Lead and supervise store personnel, including task allocation and performance monitoring.
  • Work closely with workshop and operations teams to ensure parts availability and minimize downtime.
  • Prepare inventory-related reports and recommend improvements to inventory management processes.


Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in inventory, store, warehouse, or procurement operations within the motorcycle industry.
  • Experience in a supervisory or leadership role is preferred.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
