Job Summary:
- Oversee daily activities at the sushi kiosk, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Manage and train staff, ensuring proper food preparation, presentation, and customer service standards are met
- Monitor Ingredient levels, ensure proper storage, and place ordereds to maintain stock levels while avoiding waste
- Identify and report any operational challenges, performance metrics, and recommend improvements to enhance service efficiency
- Ensure smooth communication and cooperation between team members to deliver service and maintain positive work morale
Requirements:
- At least 2-3 years of experience in food service, with specific experience in sushi being a strong advantage
- Proven ability to manage and guide a team, ensuring high standards of service, quality, and hygiene.
- Understanding of sushi preparation techniques, ingredient handling, and presentation standards.
- Ability to ensure sushi is consistently prepared to high standards and that presentation meets customer expectations.
- Ability to handle operational challenges quickly and effectively while maintaining calm under pressure.
- Food Hygiene Certification
