About the Role

We’re looking for an energetic and hands-on Store Manager & Assistant Store Manager to lead a fast-paced, lifestyle retail store. You’ll be responsible for driving sales, leading the team, and delivering a fun and engaging customer experience while maintaining high store standards.

What You’ll Do

• Run daily store operations smoothly and efficiently

• Drive sales performance and achieve store targets

• Lead, train, and motivate the store team

• Ensure excellent customer service and handle escalations

• Manage stock levels, replenishment, and loss prevention

• Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards

• Handle scheduling, cash management, and basic reporting

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of retail experience, with at least 2 year in a supervisory/managerial role

• Experience in fast-moving or high-volume retail preferred

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Hands-on, adaptable, and customer-focused

• Comfortable working shifts, weekends, and public holidays
