Store Manager

🛍️ Role Overview

As Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing daily store operations and delivering a premium customer experience in the investment precious metals space.

You will handle:

• Sales of investment gold & silver coins
• Buyback transactions (gold/silver valuation & pricing)
• Customer relationship management
• Store operations (inventory, display, compliance)
• Independent store management (no team supervision required)

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell investment gold & silver coins to walk-in and repeat customers
• Conduct buyback transactions and explain product value to clients
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and membership base
• Manage daily store operations including inventory, stock control, and merchandising
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and transaction accuracy
• Participate in exhibitions, events, and client engagement activities when required

👤 Requirements

• Experience in luxury retail / jewellery / gold / bullion sales preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Able to work independently and manage store operations
• Comfortable with sales targets and commission-based structure
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (To liaise with mandarin speaking clients)
