Key Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and supplies against purchase orders or delivery notes.
Store items in an orderly and accessible manner within the warehouse or storage area.
Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock movements in the inventory system.
Monitor stock levels and report low inventory to ensure timely replenishment.
Issue materials, tools, or equipment to authorized personnel based on approved requests.
Conduct regular stock counts and participate in periodic inventory audits.
Ensure proper labeling, storage conditions, and handling of materials to prevent damage or loss.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area.
Prepare reports on inventory status, stock movements, and discrepancies.
Follow company safety procedures and ensure compliance with warehouse and storage guidelines.
Requirements
Minimum SPM / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in storekeeping, warehouse operations, or inventory control.
Basic knowledge of inventory management systems or ERP systems.
Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, inventory software).
Ability to lift and move goods when required.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in manufacturing, logistics, or industrial environment.
Familiarity with warehouse safety practices and stock management procedures.
