Manage daily store transaction.
Checking physical condition and quantity. Process handing over & taking over document.
Perform store keeping for items issued to workshops. Perform store keeping for individual workshops.
Maintain proper records of all store transactions including filing and stock taking.
Manage dispatch and receipt of documents and items purchased. Perform in SAP on service and good purchased.
Monitor and sending lifting equipment for calibration and inspection, update records when the items have returned.
Subjected to recall during urgent work requests and any other duties as assigned.
