Stores & Receiving Supervisor
- Oversee receiving operations to ensure all goods are checked for quality, quantity, and compliance with approved purchase orders.
- Ensure all incoming and outgoing items are properly documented, recorded, and stored in accordance with hotel procedures.
- Manage store inventory control, including stock levels, par stock monitoring, and month-end stock counts and reconciliations.
- Coordinate with Purchasing, Suppliers, and relevant departments to ensure timely deliveries and resolve any discrepancies.
- Monitor and maintain accurate cost control records, including food and beverage transfers, staff meals, and entertainment expenses.
- Prepare daily and monthly reports related to inventory, stock movement, and cost variances for management review.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.
- Experience in stores, receiving, inventory control, or cost control in a hotel or F&B environment.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent accuracy in documentation and stock management.
- Good understanding of purchasing procedures, inventory systems, and cost control principles.
- Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to work effectively across departments.
