STP Operator

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor STP equipment such as pumps, blowers, motors, filters, and dosing systems.

• Check and maintain treatment parameters including pH, TDS, COD, BOD, MLSS, and flow levels.
  <\/li>
• Perform routine inspection and preventive maintenance of STP machinery.
  <\/li>
• Maintain daily logbooks, operational records, and testing reports.
  <\/li>
• Handle chemical dosing and ensure proper chemical inventory management.
  <\/li>
• Monitor inlet and outlet water quality as per pollution control standards.
  <\/li>
• Identify operational issues and report breakdowns immediately.
  <\/li>
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping in the plant area.
  <\/li>
• Follow safety procedures and ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
  <\/li>
• Coordinate with maintenance and engineering teams when required.
