Duties and Responsibilities:

Strategic Account Leadership

• Own and grow APAC strategic accounts with a long-term value and lifecycle focus

• Serve as the senior escalation point and trusted advisor for key customers

• Align regional account execution with the Global Strategic Account team

Regional Growth & Market Positioning

• Lead and execute APAC strategic initiatives to drive revenue and market share

• Position Smardt as the preferred provider for oil-free chiller, service, and lifecycle solutions

• Influence consultants, contractors, end-users, and key decision-makers

Customer Insight & Value Creation

• Build deep understanding of customer needs and buying journeys

• Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and inform product innovation

• Formulate compelling value propositions to secure new and expanded business

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with Product Management, R&D, Engineering, and regional teams to tailor solutions

• Ensure internal alignment across customer requirements, market needs, and delivery capabilities

Commercial Performance

• Deliver agreed sales and growth targets across assigned strategic accounts and regions

• Proactively manage risks, issues, and escalations to protect customer and business outcomes
