Strategic Accounts Manager

You will drive post-sale expansion revenue across complex enterprise accounts by identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities and executing disciplined, multi-threaded enterprise sales cycles. You will conduct in-depth account research, build multi-year expansion strategies using customer data and regulatory insights, lead executive-level alignment and roadmap planning, coordinate with New Logo Sales, Customer Success, and Technical SMEs, and deliver clear outcome-driven executive communications. This role requires professional fluency in English and Mandarin, on-site availability in Singapore, and legal authorization to work in Singapore.

Responsibilities

  • Drive expansion revenue across assigned enterprise accounts by identifying and closing cross-sell and upsell opportunities
  • Conduct in-depth account research to identify customer growth initiatives and convert insights into expansion opportunities
  • Build multi-year account expansion strategies using customer data, platform usage, regulatory changes, and product releases
  • Execute complex enterprise sales cycles with disciplined account planning, executive alignment, and multi-threaded stakeholder engagement
  • Lead executive-level customer alignment meetings and long-term roadmap planning sessions
  • Coordinate tightly with New Logo Sales, Customer Success, and Technical SMEs to deliver a seamless customer experience
  • Deliver clear, organized, and outcome-driven executive communications
  • Develop deep understanding of product capabilities and global tax information reporting requirements

Requirements

  • 6+ years owning and closing complex revenue deals with enterprise customers
  • Background in fintech, crypto, payments, marketplaces, or regulated SaaS, or equivalent experience selling into highly regulated financial environments
  • Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate regulatory complexity into revenue strategy
  • Outstanding customer communication and executive presence
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and influence deeply cross-functional teams
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, highly regulated, and rapidly evolving market
  • Willingness to travel as needed
  • Professional fluency in English and Mandarin
  • Currently reside in Singapore and be legally authorized to work there
  • On-site availability aligned with local business operations
