The Strategic Account Manager V (SAM) supports Frontgrade’s Strategic Account organization by managing the day-to-day execution of customer needs, driving responsiveness, and identifying new

business opportunities within assigned strategic accounts. Reporting directly to the Director, Strategic Accounts (DSA), the Strategic Account Manager will be responsible for driving new business development and management of key existing programs for specific accounts. The SAM V plays a critical role in executing the account plan - balancing tactical precision with proactive growth. This role ensures outstanding customer experience, supports order execution, and helps expand Frontgrade’s presence within key programs and divisions of each account
