<\/h2>We are looking for an experienced Business Development Head with a proven track record of acquiring and managing IT Staffing and Recruitment business from leading MNCs, GCCs, Product Companies, and Enterprise Clients across India.<\/span>
<\/p>The ideal candidate will be a strong individual contributor (Hunter) who can independently generate new business opportunities, establish strategic client relationships, manage recruitment delivery teams, and drive revenue growth. The candidate should have deep expertise in IT staffing, permanent hiring, contract staffing, and recruitment services.<\/span>
<\/p>Key Responsibilities<\/span>
<\/h2>Business Development<\/span>
<\/h3>\n \n - Generate new IT staffing and recruitment business from MNCs, GCCs, Product Companies, and Enterprise Clients.<\/span>
<\/li>\n - Develop and execute business development and sales strategies.<\/span>
<\/li>\n - Build relationships with HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Leaders, Procurement Teams, and Hiring Managers.<\/span>
<\/li>\n - Own the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.<\/span>
<\/li>\n - Negotiate commercial agreements, staffing contracts, MSAs, and vendor registrations.<\/span>
<\/li>\n - Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.<\/span>
<\/li>\n <\/ul>Client Management<\/span>
<\/h3>\n \n - Manage strategic client relationships and ensure account growth.<\/span>
<\/li>\n - Conduct business reviews and identify expansion opportunities.<\/span>
<\/li>\n - Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.<\/span>
<\/li>\n <\/ul>Recruitment Delivery Management<\/span>
<\/h3>\n \n - Lead and manage recruitment teams supporting client requirements.<\/span>
<\/li>\n - Monitor recruitment performance, delivery metrics, and SLA adherence.<\/span>
<\/li>\n - Ensure timely closure of priority IT hiring requirements.<\/span>
<\/li>\n <\/ul>Proposal & Presentation Management<\/span>
<\/h3>\n \n - Prepare staffing proposals, capability presentations, and commercial documents.<\/span>
<\/li>\n - Participate in RFP, RFI, and staffing solution discussions.<\/span>
<\/li>\n - Deliver presentations to senior client stakeholders and leadership teams.<\/span>
<\/li>\n <\/ul>Business Operations<\/span>
<\/h3>\n \n - Manage day\-to\-day staffing business activities.<\/span>
<\/li>\n - Maintain sales pipeline, forecasts, and management reports.<\/span>
<\/li>\n - Coordinate with recruitment, operations, finance, and leadership teams.<\/span>
<\/li>\n <\/ul>Required Experience<\/span>
<\/h2>\n \n - 12+ years of experience in IT Staffing and Recruitment industry.<\/span>
<\/li>\n - Minimum 5 years in Business Development leadership roles.<\/span>
<\/li>\n - Proven experience acquiring staffing business from Top MNCs and GCCs.<\/span>
<\/li>\n - Strong network within HR, Talent Acquisition, Procurement, and Business Leadership communities.<\/span>
<\/li>\n - Experience managing recruitment delivery teams.<\/span>
<\/li>\n - Strong understanding of IT hiring across technologies and domains.<\/span>
