Wha you will do:
Professional Services & Analysis
-
Dive deep into complex datasets to design and execute advanced digital experience and product analytics analyses (e.g., feature adoption tracking, user journey mapping, funnel drop-offs, zone-based heatmaps, and session replay reviews).
-
Own paid analytics projects from start to finish—you will do the heavy lifting in the data, structure the analytical approach, and deliver the final executive readout.
-
Move past just reporting the "what" and get to the "so what": build clear, direct reports that explicitly tell product and business teams what to fix, test, or build next based on actual user behavior.
-
Fuel the client's A/B testing roadmap by pulling the quantitative proof needed to build strong hypotheses, and setting up the metrics to evaluate success.
-
Incorporate AI-generated insights into your workflow, using automated data discovery as a baseline to accelerate your analysis while applying human intuition to validate, filter, and contextualize those findings for enterprise clients.
Strategic Consulting & Advisory
-
Move beyond fulfilling basic reporting tickets; proactively dig into customer accounts to spot hidden revenue leaks, broken UX flows, and untapped optimization opportunities.
-
Lead client meetings not just to present dashboards, but to confidently challenge business assumptions and recommend exactly where their digital teams should focus their efforts.
-
Work hands-on and onsite with key enterprise clients (including full-time deployments in Jeddah if required) to troubleshoot their daily data challenges and show them how to actively use our platform to solve them.
-
Partner directly with UX Design and technical implementation teams to ensure your data findings translate into actual, tangible changes on the client's website or app.
What you will need:
Analytical & Technical
-
Proven experience taking ambiguous business or product questions (e.g., "Why is our checkout conversion dropping?" or "How do we improve feature adoption?") and independently structuring the data approach to find the answer.
-
Demonstrated ability to mine web/app behavior or product usage datasets to proactively identify revenue leaks or UX friction points.
-
Experience with digital analytics, behavioral data, or experimentation platforms (e.g., Contentsquare, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Amplitude).
-
A strong baseline understanding of data integration patterns, including pushing analytics data out into a broader tech stack like Salesforce, Snowflake, or external BI tools.
Consulting & Strategy
-
A history of moving from a baseline "ticket-taker" to a strategic partner by actively aligning analytical insights with a client’s primary business objectives and KPIs.
-
Experience handling AI-driven change management, helping traditional client teams adopt and trust automated insights rather than defaulting to manual data extraction.
-
Strong storytelling skills with data; the ability to explain complex quantitative anomalies simply to non-technical stakeholders and defend recommendations under pressure from cross-functional executive teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3-6 years of experience in digital analytics, digital strategy, product analytics, or management consulting in a highly customer-facing environment.
- At least 1–2 years of practical experience querying databases using SQL; familiarity with data pipelines or Python is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Prior experience working directly with enterprise-level clients in Saudi Arabia or the broader MENAT market.
- Familiarity with digital transformation, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and agile delivery methodologies.
- Exceptional executive presence and stakeholder management; the ability to build immediate trust, navigate complex enterprise hierarchies, and align cross-functional teams toward a common goal.
- Professional proficiency in both Arabic and English.
- A "simplifier" mindset—someone who naturally breaks down complex enterprise data challenges into clear, executive-ready operational roadmaps rather than settling for quick fixes
- Resilient, adaptable, and completely comfortable with frequent travel and dedicated, high-touch onsite client deployments (specifically between Riyadh and Jeddah).
