Strategic Consultant| Onshore

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and deliver multiple projects or programs across diverse technologies and domains.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring high satisfaction levels.
  • Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Drive stakeholder communication and reporting, providing regular updates on progress, risks, and issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, QA, DevOps, and business units.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring smooth delivery.
  • Manage project governance, metrics, and compliance with organizational standards.
  • Support pre-sales activities including proposal creation, solution presentations, and estimation.
  • Drive continuous improvement through feedback loops, process optimization, and innovation.
  • Lead and mentor project managers and team members to ensure effective performance and growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in IT project delivery, with at least 3 years in a leadership or client-facing role.
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale, complex projects or programs.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and DevOps methodologies.
  • Excellent client engagement, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and leadership abilities.
  • Experience in resource planning, budgeting, and project financials.
  • PMP / PRINCE2 / Scrum Master certification (preferred).
