About This Role

CertifID is on a mission to make payment fraud impossible. Every year, billions of dollars disappear from real estate closing tables and we are the company that stops it. We are winning. Revenue is growing, customers are expanding, and the product is working.

We're hiring a Strategic Finance Analyst to support top-line forecasting, operating model development, and CFO-level strategic financial analysis during a period of rapid growth. This role sits within a highly visible FP&A organization, reporting to the Director of FP&A and working closely with our CFO. You'll get substantial visibility, focus on the highest-priority business issues, and be plugged into every facet of the business.

The role calls for someone highly analytical and strategic, a great communicator, who approaches problems in a structured way and operates well with ambiguity. Just as important, you bring deep fluency with AI tools and a track record of using them to work faster and think bigger.

In your first 12 months, you will own and materially improve ARR forecasting, build out the integrated operating model that powers our company planning, stand up AI-enabled workflows that raise the speed and rigor of how Strategic Finance operates, and become a trusted thought partner to functional leaders and the executive team.

What You Will Do

  • Build and enhance integrated three-statement operating models that support annual planning and long-range forecasting

  • Own, scale, and improve forecasting for ARR, bookings, expansion, and retention

  • Use AI tools to automate manual workflows, accelerate analysis and modeling, and surface insights that would otherwise stay buried in the data

  • Translate pipeline health, sales performance, and GTM investment strategy into scalable revenue projections

  • Drive cross-functional partnerships across the business to formulate insight and inform executive decision-making

  • Prepare and deliver Board, monthly business review (MBR), and quarterly business review (QBR) reporting packages

  • Analyze SaaS KPIs and unit economics, and connect model outputs to the broader operating picture

  • Run scenario analysis, sensitivity modeling, and strategic forecasting to answer the questions leadership is asking

  • Partner closely with RevOps, Sales leadership, and executive stakeholders

  • Support cash forecasting and strategic capital allocation analysis

What You Will Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree required in Finance, Accounting, Economics or other relevant field

  • 3-5 years relevant experience in investment banking, strategic finance, PE or FP&A at a high-performing company

  • Advanced three-statement financial modeling skills, with clean, highly integrated spreadsheet design

  • A strong understanding of SaaS KPIs and unit economics (ARR, retention, churn, expansion)

  • Experience supporting ARR, bookings, or GTM forecasting

  • Deep, hands-on fluency with AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) and a demonstrated track record of using them to accelerate financial analysis, modeling, reporting, and workflow automation

  • A demonstrated ability to distill complex issues into structured frameworks and concrete action plans

  • Experience problem-solving independently, organizing your own workload, and delivering on time with minimal oversight

  • Genuine curiosity and drive; you operate with urgency, sweat the details, and thrive when the pace picks up

  • Strong executive communication skills, with a track record of presenting complex analysis clearly to senior leadership

What We Offer

  • Competitive salaries

  • Excellent medical, dental and vision benefits

  • Participation in the employee stock option program

  • Flexible Time Off policy

  • 401(k) with a generous company match and no vesting schedule

  • 12 company-paid holidays, 10 paid sick days and your birthday off!

  • Company-paid life insurance

  • Company paid short and long-term disability

  • Generous parental paid leave

  • Wellness reimbursement of $300/year

  • Remote worker reimbursement of $300/year

  • Professional development reimbursement
