Strategic Finance Lead, GTM

You will run the Finance & Strategy Go‑To‑Market organization, partnering closely with GTM leadership to provide financial strategy, business modeling, and decision support. You will design and execute acquisition strategies, build frameworks to assess performance across brands, functions, and channels, lead planning and performance reviews, develop pricing and incentive strategies, and manage and scale a high‑performing strategic finance team.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary strategic finance partner to GTM leadership
  • Drive investment strategy across GTM functions and channels
  • Build frameworks to measure outputs and assess trade offs across investments
  • Lead financial planning including monthly and quarterly performance reviews and long range planning
  • Develop pricing strategy and customer acquisition incentive programs
  • Forecast revenue and headcount investment and manage custom pricing and sales incentives
  • Design and execute acquisition strategies
  • Manage and scale a high performing strategic finance team

Requirements

  • 15+ years experience in strategic finance
  • Experience at an operating company supporting engineering
  • Proven track record as a trusted advisor to senior executives
  • Strong problem solving and execution on company wide initiatives
  • Ability to distill complex information into clear, actionable analyses
  • Comfort with metrics, KPI development, and large data set analysis
  • Bias toward automation and AI tool adoption
  • Successful partnership experience with sales, marketing, account management, and partnerships
  • Experience navigating ambiguous workstreams and building processes from scratch
  • Experience managing and scaling finance organizations
