Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic plans
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to drive strategic initiatives
- Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to senior leadership
- Monitor and evaluate industry trends and competitive landscape
- Lead and mentor junior members of the Strategic Planning team
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in strategic planning, business development, or related roles
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- Experience in strategic planning in a global organization
- Master's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
