Strategic Revenue Manager

Job Description:

Location: Kyiv, Budapest

  • Develop markets level SRM plans based on the total cluster SRM strategy, framework and guidelines

  • Define market level annual SRM targets based on cluster AEP commitments

  • Partner, govern and monitor annual SRM targets delivery, helping with scenario planning and gap closing activities. Ensuring agreed actions are followed through

  • Conduct internal & external analysis of SRM metrics across markets, cell and category player, including financial and shopper metrics. Derive insights and map the opportunities to maximize value creation at a local level

  • Inform annual planning cycle with the market insights, providing quantitative and qualitative SRM inputs

  • Provide market level SRM inputs to S&OP+ forums (SRM council, Pricing council, DMR, PMR, MBR etc), ensure proper feedback loop between market and cluster SRM, coordinate market decisions in line with SRM roadmap and principles

  • Responsible for creation of promotional guidelines for the market based on portfolio strategies, annual plans and learnings from postevaluations of past actions and competitive insight

  • Analytics and understanding of trade expenditures in particular contract terms and promo terms

  • Owner of recommended pricing poilicies and key guide to pricing discussions with the business

  • Strategic reviews of portfolio in the context of the right Price Pack Architecture

  • Liaise with market teams to capture local needs and business requirements regarding SRM assets (digital tools, upskilling materials, codified process)

  • Locally support TPM system deployment as a subject matter expert

  • Orchestrate the roll-out of SRM upskilling programs at local level, foster sharing best practices within cluster

  • Develop local SRM capabilities in line with cluster value creation plan and cluster SRM 3Y roadmap

Requirements:

  • University Degree

  • 3-5 years of work experience, preferably in Revenue Management roles

  • Multi-functional experience preferred, in particular from finance, sales, category management or other sales analytical roles

  • High analytical ability

  • Language skills: Fluent English oral and written
