We are seeking a motivated and commercially driven Executive Talent Acquisition Consultant to join a dynamic recruitment team focused on connecting organizations with outstanding professionals. Key Responsibilities

• Partner closely with clients and stakeholders to understand business objectives and hiring requirements

• Identify, attract, and engage high-calibre professionals through targeted sourcing strategies and market research

• Conduct talent mapping and competitor analysis to uncover recruitment opportunities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from candidate identification and assessment through to offer management and placement

• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing guidance throughout their career journey

• Develop talent pipelines using professional networks, referrals, online platforms, and direct outreach initiatives

• Deliver market insights and recruitment recommendations to support hiring decisions

• Coordinate interviews, candidate presentations, and stakeholder communications to ensure a smooth recruitment process

• Maintain a high-quality candidate experience while managing multiple recruitment assignments

• Continuously explore innovative sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices
