As a Strategy Consultant, you will join a Roland Berger project team and take ownership of key workstreams within a strategic benchmarking engagement. You will work closely with consultants and clients to deliver fact-based insights and actionable recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive a project workstream from planning through final delivery
- Conduct market research, competitive benchmarking, and quantitative analyses
- Perform expert and stakeholder interviews to gather strategic insights
- Develop structured analyses and synthesize findings into client-ready recommendations
- Prepare presentations and support client communications, workshops, and meetings
- Collaborate closely with project team members to deliver high-quality outputs under tight timelines
Contract Details
- Fixed-term contract (approximately 2 months)
- Immediate availability preferred
- Detailed project information will be shared during the interview process
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in strategy consulting or a comparable consulting environment
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Advanced PowerPoint and Excel capabilities
- Experience in industrial, manufacturing, energy, electrification, or related sectors is a plus
- Ability to work independently and manage workstreams in a fast-paced environment
