Join our Dubai team as a STRATEGY INTERN for a minimum of 12 weeks, starting in June/July 2026, working at the intersection of strategy, brand, and culture, supporting clients to activate their purpose, accelerate growth, and create positive societal impact.

STRATEGY INTERN ROLE

As Strategy Intern you will support our work while closely collaborating with our teams and taking on own project responsibilities

Conducting company/brand/industry/competitor research and synthesizing information

Supporting stakeholder interviews, including recording notes and synthesizing key themes

Participating in project ideations by contributing meaningful, thoughtful, and relevant ideas

Supporting on proposals and business development work

Coordinating planning and execution for client workshops

Contributing to internal BCG BrightHouse projects

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for a recent graduate or enthusiastic student (at least in second year of bachelor studies, master's students preferred) who brings:

Interest in projects on purpose, brand, culture, and organizational change

Ability to deep dive into key topics, synthesize and drive to insights, and meld analytical and creative thinking

Confident thinker, communicator, writer, and presenter

Adept at qualitative research and developing PowerPoint deliverables

A true team player – able to work with multiple teams on multiple projects and internal needs simultaneously

High level of organization, with attention to detail across many moving parts

Fluent English language skills as well as native Arabic language skills preferred

Experience in marketing, brand strategy, culture, communications, or other relevant experience preferred
