About the Position
In this role, you’ll join the CEO Office & Strategic Initiatives team to drive high-impact transformation projects across the business. You’ll analyse internal and external data to unlock revenue and margin growth, build and maintain fact-based insights for C-suite decision-making, and support executive and board-level reporting. Beyond analytics, you’ll translate data into clear recommendations, challenge the status quo, and help shape strategic direction. You’ll also own ongoing performance tracking across the portfolio, ensuring visibility and accountability. This is a unique opportunity to act as a true business partner - combining analytics, strategy, and stakeholder influence while working on key initiatives that shape the future of Flora Food Group.
Main responsibilities for this role:
- Provide thorough analysis of data and supporting story, own the thinking and drive to the answer
- Be accountable and responsible to act as project manager on high profile projects
- Collaborate with associates across functions globally to identify, understand, design and plan to solve problems
- Collect, review, report and analyse data input during company planning process
- Deliver ad-hoc analysis or market research when specified
What Does It Take to Be Successful?
We are looking for a highly analytical and proactive professional who can turn data into a wider narrative, actionable insights and solve problems based on facts, while maintaining a strong audit trail. The ideal candidate demonstrates excellent analytical skills (e.g. advanced Excel, leveraging AI tools). You bring a “zero-defect” mindset, strong logical thinking, and the ability to identify and resolve data quality issues with precision. Well-organized and committed to quality and integrity, you thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and take ownership of your work. You are a self-starter who enjoys tackling complex challenges, communicates clearly and effectively, and has a genuine passion for food and its role in supporting healthy, happy lives. The ideal candidate will have worked with FMCGs, and have 3+ years of experience in a top-tier consultancy (such as Bain, McKinsey, or BCG), or in a strategy team, or in an investment banking environment.
