About the role

As a M&A Deals Consultant, you will work with leading corporate clients and investors, helping and supporting them tackle their toughest decisions. Your engagements will include a mix of corporate strategy (growth strategy, market entry, pricing, commercial excellence, product strategy) and transaction-related work (commercial due diligence and pre- and post-deal value creation). Your work will be varied, fast paced - no engagement is ever the same.

What your days will look like

  • Planning initial hypotheses and analysis; formulating initial hypotheses based on previous experience, knowledge of the sector and understanding of the scope of work

  • An ability to multitask effectively and balance time between project delivery and business development support effectively

  • Supporting and coaching junior team members

This role is for you if

  • Highly structured problem solver with exceptional analytical capability

  • Strong client management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse stakeholders

  • Significant experience in strategic commercial consulting, including Commercial and Vendor Due Diligence engagements

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, balancing project delivery with business development support

  • Experienced in leading projects end‑to‑end, structuring workstreams, and supervising high‑quality delivery

  • Senior leadership experience working with Private Equity and/or large Technology, Media, or Telecoms organisations, with full ownership of client engagements and contribution to practice growth
