Support the planning and execution of content across all platforms, including posts, stories, reels, and short\-form videos.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p><\/li>Create and edit short\-form video content (highlights, promotional cuts, behind\-the\-scenes, key moments) adapted to platform\-specific formats.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p><\/li>Ensure brand consistency in tone, visuals, messaging, and overall digital positioning.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p><\/li>Coordinate with design, media, and production teams to align content with approved branding and timelines.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p><\/li>Schedule and publish content according to the approved content calendar and operate matches for the Smashi brand.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p><\/li>Manage and organize content assets, ensuring readiness for publishing across social and streaming platforms.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p><\/li>Track production and publishing timelines, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p><\/li>Conduct quality checks to ensure all content meets technical and brand standards prior to publishing.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p><\/li>Draft newsletters, captions, short news updates, and promotional copy in line with company communication guidelines.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

<\/div><\/span>Requirements<\/h3>
Bachelor\u2019s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p><\/li>1\-3 years of experience in content creation, or digital media<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p><\/li>Basic knowledge of video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, CapCut, or similar).<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p><\/li>Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and short\-form content formats.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p><\/li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p><\/li>Strong written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
