This position is offered as a seasonal, part-time opportunity operating under a zero-hour agreement.

THE ROLE AND YOUR IMPACT

  • Fleet Tidying & Rebalancing: Drive from parking zone to parking zone to ensure scooters are neatly parked, upright, and compliant with local regulations.

  • Quality Control: Perform quick safety checks on vehicles. If a scooter is damaged or needs a battery swap, you’ll flag it or move it to the designated pick-up point.

  • Brand Ambassadorship: Act as a friendly point of contact for the public. You’ll answer basic questions about the Dott app and promote safe riding habits.

  • User Support: Assist riders who might be struggling with starting a ride, ending a trip, or understanding parking rules.

  • Deployment Excellence: Ensure "hotspots" (high-demand areas) are stocked and organized to provide maximum availability for our users.

YOU’LL FIT GREAT WITH THESE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Urban Navigator: You are comfortable, safe, and confident riding an e-scooter in a busy urban environment.

  • Tech-Savvy: You are proficient with smartphones and can easily navigate the city and manage tasks using our internal Spott app.

  • Hands-on & Active: You enjoy physical work outdoors and are capable of safely lifting, moving, and repositioning e-scooters.

  • Independent & Reliable: You are characterised by a careful and highly independent way of working, but remain an absolute team player.

  • Flexible: You are willing to work various shifts (including early mornings, evenings, and weekends).

  • Committed: You are available for a 3-month seasonal commitment.

  • Language: You speak English.

  • Competitive & dynamic pay: €10 per hour during day shifts (06:00 to 18:00) and €12 per hour during night shifts (18:00 to 06:00).

  • Flexibility: Work on a 0h-contract for 3 months, with the possibility of full-time weeks during peak season.
