Structural Coordinator / Engineer

Job Summary

Design and coordinate civil and structural engineering works, preparing calculations and drawings, managing submissions, and overseeing site activities to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.

Responsibilities

  • Design, analyze, and plan civil and structural engineering works to meet project requirements
  • Prepare detailed design calculations and drawings for project approval and Authority submissions
  • Manage timely submission of plans and reports to consultants and regulatory Authorities
  • Coordinate and liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and other trades such as M&E and architectural teams to resolve project specifications and technical issues
  • Assist in project coordination and supervise all structural and civil works on site to ensure compliance with approved drawings
  • Attend technical meetings and site walks during construction phases, documenting meeting minutes when necessary
  • Monitor and track test reports, site tests, Structural Testing (ST), Green Mark certification, and constructability schemes to ensure quality and compliance
  • Maintain document control and compile project documentation in accordance with company ISO standards
  • Apply knowledge and experience in condominium and deep basement construction to support project execution
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by Project Manager and Directors as required
