Structural Engineer (Marine Vessel)

We are seeking an experienced Maritime Structures Engineer to join a growing engineering consultancy team supporting major projects across Singapore and the Asia-Pacific region.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of coastal and maritime infrastructure projects.
• Act as Project Design Engineer on small to large-scale projects and serve as the primary client interface.
• Support business development activities, proposal preparation, and customer relationship management.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including coastal engineers, naval architects, environmental scientists, oceanographers, GIS specialists, and M&E engineers.
• Provide technical leadership, conduct design reviews, and mentor junior engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or Marine Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of post-graduate experience within an engineering consultancy environment
• Strong understanding of Singaporean and/or international design standards
• Experience managing clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary project teams
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills
