We are seeking a highly experienced Mid\-Senior Structural Engineer (Marine & Offshore) to lead advanced structural analysis, design, and technical execution across the full project lifecycle for Oil & Gas projects.

Key Responsibilities<\/span>
<\/span><\/div>
  • Perform advanced structural analysis and design for offshore structures (jackets, topsides, sub\-sea systems)<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Conduct structural calculations (ULS, FLS, ALS) using tools like STAAD Pro and SACS<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Lead project sub\-packages and ensure timely delivery of design outputs.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Prepare and review structural drawings using AutoCAD and 3D modeling tools<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Execute marine engineering tasks: lifting, load\-out, transportation, and sea\-fastening analysis<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (Piping, Mechanical, Electrical, Naval)<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Communicate with clients and stakeholders to meet technical requirements<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Ensure compliance with international standards (API, ISO, DNV, AISC)<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Review and validate drawings, calculations, and reports<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Mentor junior engineers and maintain engineering documentation<\/span>

    Requirements<\/h3>
    • Bachelor\u2019s/Master\u2019s in Mechanical, Marine, or Civil Engineering
      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • 3\u20137 years\u2019 experience in Oil & Gas / Offshore / Marine projects
      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Proficiency in STAAD Pro and AutoCAD (mandatory)
      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Strong experience in structural analysis and offshore design<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>
      Preferred Skills<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/div>
      • Knowledge of SESAM, ANSYS, or similar advanced tools<\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
      • Experience in offshore installation and marine operations<\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
      • Strong analytical, problem\-solving, leadership, and mentoring skills<\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
      • Familiarity with international structural codes and standards<\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
      • Good communication and teamwork abilities<\/span><\/span><\/span>
