As a Student and Exchange Visitor Program (SEVP) Adjudicator, at full performance level, you will perform the following duties: Employee supports the Adjudication Process by adjudicating cases, conducting security checks, interviewing references provided in supporting documentation by the petitioners, ensuring program quality assurance, conducting training, serving as liaison, and communicating decision; Performs outreach duties in schools and conferences; Provides oversight, liaison, and evaluation activities for non-immigration services elements and, as necessary, formulates new or revised Agency-wide procedures relating to immigration services operations; Performs analytical and evaluative work associated with Agency program activities; Performs work involving the analysis of the Agency-wide impact, feasibility, practicality, and effectiveness of existing and/or proposed standards, regulations, programs, and policies; Develops adjudication impact models, and/or analyzes new or amended legislation; and Validates official documents recorded in state or local government offices.
