We are seeking a passionate Student Assistant to join our growing team. As a key member of the Ascendis Pharma team, you will play a crucial role in delivering end user support for our digital learning tools, such as Cornerstone LMS and content creation tools such as Vyond and Articulate. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborate with cross-functional global teams working together to achieve extraordinary results.
You will be joining the Digital Learning and Enablement team consisting of 4 colleagues, where we support each other’s growth and development, and sparring is always close by. In this role, you will join a collaborative team environment and work closely with fellow student assistants to support shared goals.
You will report directly to, Product Owner- Global IT, Michael Comvalius, who is based in Hellerup, Denmark. You will also be based in Hellerup, Denmark.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Provide support to end users and learning administrators on the use of Cornerstone LMS
- Handle incidents
- Participate in structuring and documenting knowledge articles and wikis
- Support with periodic compliance tasks
Qualifications and Skills:
It is a requirement that you are actively studying. Ideally, you are in your second or third year of your Bachelor studies in the fields of learning, IT or something completely different. Most importantly, you have a passion for helping users, learning new skills, working structured, and optimizing, and improving current ways of working. It is important that you are thorough in your work and that you are detail oriented.
Furthermore, you have:
- A good general understanding of and interest in technology.
- A curiousness, openness and willingness to learn.
Key competencies:
You are a strong team player, analytical, and have a can-do attitude.
You possess an entrepreneurial mindset and can thrive in an informal, open environment where innovation and change are key.
To succeed in this role, we also expect you to be fluent in English and able to give and receive feedback.
Work hours: Approx. 15-20 hours a week. We want you to be able to balance your studies and work responsibilities and therefore offer flexibility during exam periods.
