Student Care Teacher

Job Responsibilities

• Guide and supervise Primary 1 to Primary 6 students with their daily homework.
• Provide academic support in English, Chinese, and Mathematics.
• Guide students in preparing for their weekly English and Chinese spelling tests.
• Assist students with revision and reinforce concepts taught in school.
• Plan and conduct engaging activities during the school holidays, such as arts and crafts, games, enrichment activities, and simple learning projects.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and orderly environment for the children.
• Encourage good study habits, independence, and positive behaviour.
• Monitor the children during meal times, rest periods, and daily activities.
• Communicate with parents or the centre supervisor when necessary.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level
• Able to read, write, and speak English and Mandarin confidently.
• Comfortable guiding students in Primary 1 to Primary 6 English, Chinese, and Mathematics.
• Patient, responsible, and able to manage a group of children.
• Enjoys working with primary school children.
• Prior experience in student care, tuition, teaching, or childcare is preferred but not compulsory.
• Able to commit on weekdays from 1:30pm to 6:30pm.
