Your Impactful Role

As a Student Care Teacher, you are a mentor, a guide, and a role model. Your day-to-day includes:

• Inspiring Learning: Delivering engaging lesson content and enrichment programmes.
• Academic Mentorship: Guiding P1–P6 students through daily school homework with patience and clarity.
• Holistic Safety: Ensuring the physical and emotional well-being of our children, including safe transfers from nearby schools.
• Parent Partnership: Building trust through regular communication regarding child progress and character milestones.
• Operational Excellence: Assisting with light administrative duties (enrolment, fee collection) to ensure a seamless center experience.

Who We Are Looking For

• Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in education, student care, or a classroom setting (Primary level preferred).
• Education: Professional Cert, NiTEC, or Diploma/Degree in Education, Teaching, Linguistics, or a related field.
• Subject Mastery: Confident in guiding Primary school subjects (English, Math, Science).
• Character: You possess a positive "can-do" attitude, professional integrity, and a genuine love for children.
