We're looking for students with an Electrical Engineering background who want to learn, grow and explore a career in consultancy. We have opportunities available in Te Whanganui-a-Tara Wellington. Within our Buildings team, you'll help create safe, sustainable, and future-ready buildings that support the way people live, work, learn, and connect. Our Internship Program is designed to build your technical capability, grow your consulting confidence, and provide insight into different career pathways.

Supported by your team leader, a buddy, and a dedicated early careers team, you'll take part in our Intern Learning Series and Leadership Series—helping you develop your professional skills, expand your network, and understand how complex work is delivered across teams and disciplines.

What you’ll bring

• Currently studying Electrical Engineering or a related discipline, and ideally in your second-to-last year of study

• An interest in how electrical systems support the performance, sustainability, and functionality of buildings

• Available for 12 weeks full-time work from mid-November 2026 to February 2027 (with a two-week break over Christmas and New Year)

• Curiosity, strong communication skills, and a collaborative mindset
