Job Summary
The Student Services Administrator provides primary administrative support to students from enrolment to graduation, ensuring smooth processes, accurate records, timely communication, and compliance with institutional and EduTrust policies.
Responsibilities
- Communicate clearly and professionally with students to provide friendly, student-centric service throughout their learning journey
- Manage student records and documentation accurately to maintain compliance with institutional policies and EduTrust requirements
- Handle multiple administrative tasks efficiently to support smooth student administration and timely communication
- Use strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with students from diverse backgrounds
- Address and resolve student concerns professionally and promptly to enhance the student experience
- Organize and prioritize workload to meet deadlines and support institutional compliance
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in student services, education administration, academic administration, customer service, or training administration
- Experience working in a Private Education Institution (PEI)
- Familiarity with EduTrust requirements
- Experience using CRM, LMS, or student management systems
