  • Demonstrates moderate understanding of finance, able to discuss macro-level topics with clients and articulate insights effectively.
  • Acts as a self-starter who is driven and passionate, willingly takes initiative, and seeks out opportunities - evidenced by leading or launching projects, societies, or volunteering activities.
  • Maintains composure and methodical thinking under pressure, balancing commitments and delivering results even in high-pressure environments.
  • Confident, authentic communicator with strong written and verbal skills, able to adapt style to different audiences, present clearly, and build rapport - whether in person, over the phone, or in client-facing situations.
  • Manages time, tasks, and expectations effectively, demonstrating event or project coordination skills, diary management, and successful use of organizational tools.
  • Analytical and resourceful, quickly understands client issues, listens actively, and identifies practical, effective solutions using available tools and networks.

  • Works well in teams, prioritizes client needs, and develops strong, trust-based relationships with clients and colleagues, maintaining a professional network.
