Job Description
Based in Istanbul in a fast growing business unit, this is a great opportunity for a new team member who has a good understanding of how the supply chain process works, to come and use your excellent knowledge of customer operations to have a positive impact on the front line ensuring orders are processed efficiently.
Core Responsibilities
- Working together with Turkiye Operations team and supporting the team for claim management (returns & damages)
- Shipment planning and prior checks
- Overall Turkiye operation related tasks(e-delivery note & e-invoice)
- Analyze performance warehouse in terms of non-bonded and bonded stocks and reporting
- Working on customer weekly reports to meet customer demand and support customer service team for smooth operation

We are looking for a new team member to help us develop our markets and customers in LEGO TURCAT. The main focus of this position is servicing our B2B customers Operational needs to the highest possible standard. This requires independent management of customer orders, deliveries, invoices, and claims resolution. It requires close collaboration with the LEGO Sales team to ensure alignment and that we are delivering the best for our Customers every day.
Do you have what it takes?
- Willingness to experience within supply chain organization (especially in customer service department).
- Knowledge of order to cash process, logistic services.
- Strong collaboration ability to develop strong relationships.
- Ability to analyze multiple/different source of data to identify issues, incl. pro-active issues solving.
- Experience working with SAP, Excel and Outlook.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
