As we open our new studio in Lima, we are seeking a Studio Manager to take full ownership of its success. This role combines strategic workforce planning and people leadership with hands-on operational execution. You will be a key driver of our growth, ensuring the studio thrives as a cornerstone of our global operations.
What will you do?

Management of Drafted Lima studio, including workforce planning, people management, and operational execution, ensuring optimal utilization of resources across all functions.

Act as the primary point of accountability for the studio, reporting directly to the Head of Studio Content, and ensuring alignment with global business objectives, performance expectations, and operational standards.

Support the establishment, and ongoing development of the studio, ensuring readiness for current and future operational needs.

Lead the implementation of new business initiatives and projects, working closely with internal stakeholders.

Take end-to-end responsibility for the successful implementation and scaling of projects, from planning through execution and post launch evaluation.

Lead and coordinate studio wide meetings, ensuring clear communication, alignment on priorities, and transparency within the studio.

Oversee procurement, inventory management, and technical equipment, ensuring studio resources are maintained, functional, and optimized for uninterrupted operations.

Support the global Finance team in maintaining strong administrative and financial discipline, including oversight of invoices, approvals, and cost control within the studio.

Analyze operational and performance reports, providing actionable insights to team leads, enforcing accountability measures, including performance improvement plans where necessary.

Monitor the performance and quality of all streams produced from the Lima studio, ensuring adherence to defined KPIs and global quality benchmarks.

Uphold and promote company culture, values, and standards, ensuring they are consistently reflected in day-to-day operations and employee behavior.
Requirements

Proven experience in operations management, preferably in 24/7 operational environments with a strong understanding of shift-based workforce management.

Strong people management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate large, diverse teams.

Excellent organizational and problem solving abilities in fast-paced, high-pressure settings.

Experience in tracking and optimizing KPIs and performance metrics.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to manage internal and external stakeholders.

Hands-on approach with a high level of ownership and accountability.

Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and building high-performing teams.

Hands-on experience in budget management, cost tracking, and rigorous invoice control and approval processes.

Professional proficiency in English (B2 or higher) and Spanish.
