Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Trade360 Solution Lead / Subject Matter Expert (SME)<\/b> to lead the successful delivery of Trade360 implementation and enhancement projects. The ideal candidate will serve as the functional and technical authority for the Trade360 platform, driving end\-to\-end solution design, stakeholder collaboration, release management, and production readiness. This role requires strong expertise in trade finance processes, system integrations, data transformation, and cross\-functional leadership to ensure successful project execution from initiation through post\-production support.

Key Responsibilities

Trade360 Solution Leadership
<\/h3>
  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME)<\/b> for the Trade360<\/b> platform across multiple implementation, enhancement, and support initiatives.

  • Provide end\-to\-end solution leadership by defining application architecture, functional design, system interfaces, and integration approaches.
    <\/li>
  • Offer authoritative guidance on Trade360 capabilities, configuration, data flows, and best practices to project teams and business stakeholders.
    <\/li>
  • Ensure solution designs align with business requirements, regulatory standards, and enterprise architecture guidelines.

    Solution Design & Integration
    <\/h3>
    • Lead solution design workshops and collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
      <\/li>
    • Define, review, and validate system interfaces, integration specifications, and data transformation rules.
      <\/li>
    • Ensure seamless integration between Trade360 and upstream/downstream enterprise applications.
      <\/li>
    • Facilitate data conversion and migration activities, ensuring compliance with industry standards such as SWIFT<\/b> and internal governance requirements.

      Project & Stakeholder Management
      <\/h3>
      • Coordinate cross\-functional teams including Business<\/b>, Business Analysts<\/b>, Quality Assurance<\/b>, Network<\/b>, Infrastructure<\/b>, Vendors<\/b>, and Operations<\/b> to ensure successful project delivery.
        <\/li>
      • Manage project dependencies, risks, issues, and action items while maintaining delivery timelines and budget objectives.
        <\/li>
      • Act as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and external vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
        <\/li>
      • Drive effective communication across technical and business teams to ensure alignment and timely decision\-making.

        Release & Change Management
        <\/h3>
        • Lead end\-to\-end release planning and change management activities across the project lifecycle.
          <\/li>
        • Validate implementation scope, perform impact assessments, and coordinate deployment planning.
          <\/li>
        • Manage stakeholder communications before, during, and after production releases.
          <\/li>
        • Oversee production deployment activities and coordinate post\-release validation and stabilization.
          <\/li>
        • Drive continuous improvement of release management processes and implementation practices.

          Quality Assurance & Testing
          <\/h3>
          • Review and support QA strategies, test plans, and end\-to\-end business test scenarios.
            <\/li>
          • Validate test coverage, test data preparation, and functional readiness for production deployment.
            <\/li>
          • Facilitate business demonstrations, user acceptance testing (UAT), test result reviews, and release readiness sessions.
            <\/li>
          • Ensure defects and issues are tracked, prioritized, and resolved within agreed timelines.

            Production Readiness & Support
            <\/h3>
            • Oversee pre\-implementation readiness activities, including administrative configurations, environment preparation, production implementation verification (PIV), and deployment checklists.
              <\/li>
            • Lead post\-production issue management through structured incident and problem management processes.
              <\/li>
            • Coordinate root cause analysis, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication until successful closure.
              <\/li>
            • Ensure documentation, knowledge transfer, and operational readiness are completed for production support teams.
              <\/li><\/ul>

              Required Qualifications
              <\/h2>
              • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline.
                <\/li>
              • Extensive experience implementing and supporting the Trade360<\/b> platform.
                <\/li>
              • Strong understanding of trade finance operations, banking workflows, and financial messaging standards.
                <\/li>
              • Experience leading end\-to\-end solution design, system integration, and enterprise application implementations.
                <\/li>
              • Strong knowledge of data migration, data transformation, and interface design.
                <\/li>
              • Experience managing cross\-functional teams and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
                <\/li>
              • Proven expertise in release management, change management, and production deployments.
                <\/li>
              • Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and decision\-making skills.
                <\/li>
              • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.

                Preferred Qualifications

                • Experience within banking<\/b>, trade finance<\/b>, or financial services<\/b> organizations.

                • Experience working within Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.

                • Familiarity with enterprise integration platforms, middleware technologies, and API\-based integrations.

                • Experience with production support, incident management, and ITIL best practices.

                • Exposure to project management and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or ServiceNow.
