SUBJECT TUITION TEACHER - ENGLISH

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Education, or a related field (preferred) or Diploma in Education, Teaching, or relevant certification for non-degree holders).

· Strong subject knowledge and familiarity with the local curriculum.

· Professional teaching certification (optional but advantageous).

JOB DETAILS:

Teaching & Lesson Planning

· Prepare and deliver engaging lessons tailored to students’ needs and learning levels.

· Develop lesson plans and teaching materials aligned with the curriculum.

· Use innovative teaching methods to enhance understanding and retention.

Student Assessment & Progress Monitoring

· Assess students' strengths, weaknesses, and learning styles.

· Provide regular feedback and performance reports to students and parents.

· Assign and evaluate practice work, quizzes, and assessments.

Classroom Management & Engagement

· Create a positive and encouraging learning environment.

· Maintain discipline and encourage active student participation.

· Adapt teaching strategies to accommodate different learning paces.

Parent & Stakeholder Communication

· Communicate progress, challenges, and recommendations to parents/guardians.

· Provide guidance on study techniques and exam preparation.

Administrative Duties

· Maintain accurate student attendance and performance records.
