$2,000 sign-on bonus
Salary Range: $55,000–$70,000 annually *based on experience and qualifications.
Schedule:
• Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM• Wednesday: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM• Thursday: 9:00 AM – 7:30 PM• Friday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
- Lead 3–4 one-hour group therapy sessions per day using a structured, evidence-based curriculum.
- Facilitate group discussions using a “plug and play” approach from approved modalities to meet members where they are within the guardrails of our clinical framework.
- Collaborate with prescribers, care navigators, and recovery coaches.
- Monitor member progress and document outcomes.
- Support a positive, recovery-oriented environment for members.
- Engage in local community outreach to promote Groups’ mission.
Qualifications
- Active clinical license or certification based upon state regulations CADC, LPCA, CSW, LCSW, LPCC, LMHC, LPCC-S, LCADC, LISW
- 2+ years of experience leading groups in a substance use treatment setting.
- Tech-savvy: comfortable with EMRs, telehealth platforms, and Google Workspace.
- Commitment to high-quality, compassionate care.
- Ability to work some evening hours to support member schedules.
