What You’ll Do

This is an entry-level role ideal for someone looking to break into the automotive industry and learn the fundamentals of vehicle acquisition and inventory management.

• Support the dealership in acquiring used vehicle inventory through customer interactions, internet leads, and market research

• Appraise customer vehicles (primarily in the service drive) by assessing condition and market value, then presenting purchase offers directly to customers

• Learn to evaluate vehicles, understand pricing trends, and assist in making smart purchasing decisions

• Help generate leads and schedule appointments with customers interested in selling their vehicles

• Deliver a strong customer experience by responding to inquiries in a prompt, professional, and courteous manner using lead management tools

• Assist with inventory flow, including porting (moving) vehicles for sales and service departments as needed

• Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while also being a self-starter

• Support basic reporting and documentation for purchased vehicles

• Continuously learn market trends and how they impact used vehicle values

Compensation
