You will take ownership of real work across the investment lifecycle: perform deep-dive research on crypto verticals and DeFi protocols, support due diligence and tokenomics analysis, help log and label on-chain portfolio activity for accounting, and build AI-enabled workflows to optimise sourcing, analytics, and reporting. You will communicate clear views, produce analytical deliverables, and coordinate with trading, finance, and operations.

Responsibilities

  • Own AI workflow projects to optimise internal processes
  • Conduct deep-dive research across crypto verticals, chains, and DeFi protocols
  • Support due diligence including protocol research, technical checks, and tokenomics analysis
  • Perform market research, product reviews, competitive analysis, and metrics analysis
  • Log trades and label on-chain activity for portfolio accounting
  • Liaise with trading desks, middle office, finance functions, and administrative parties
  • Support portfolio monitoring and proactively identify investment opportunities
  • Communicate clear investment views and produce internal reports

Requirements

  • University student at Bachelor, Master, MBA, or postgraduate level
  • Meaningful and current personal experience in crypto
  • Business fluent English
  • High AI acumen
  • Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills
  • Proven personal on-chain activity, especially in DeFi
  • Strong written and analytical skills
  • Familiarity with analysing on-chain transactions using block explorers across multiple chains
  • Ability to think analytically and strategically about investment decisions
  • Ability to work well within a team and be self-guided on a day-to-day basis
  • Availability for full-time commitment of 8 to 12 weeks over Summer 2026
  • Valid work permit for New York or Singapore for any resulting full-time offer
