Mandatory Reference Checking Scheme (“MRC”) for Hong Kong
The Mandatory Reference Checking Scheme is a framework to facilitate Authorized Institutions (“AIs”) to bilaterally obtain reference information during their recruitment process for certain positions, such that misconduct information in an individual’s previous employments can be provided to AIs to inform their employment decisions.

• Assist in organizing training programs, workshop, virtual learning sessions. • Support team operation and administration, including enrollments, input records in HR system timely and accurately, and generate training records for analysis. • Assist in the organization of and provide on-site support to People Development Team events and other initiatives. • Communicate with internal key stakeholders to ensure smooth execution. • Perform ad-hoc projects and assignments as required.Requirements:
- Undergraduate in business administration, human resources or related disciplines is preferred.
- Possess prior experience in human resources administration / coordination is preferred.
- Knowledge in human resources operations / administration is preferred.
- A team player, self-motivated with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
